Great Words

Well, they have measured the happiness of some people in cities and have found out how happy they supposedly are. I am sure that they did not ask everyone and how do you measure happiness? Is it something based on materialistic possessions or is it a state of mind that a person has?

Can’t people be happy without being measured by some crazy survey and then ranked according to the city they live in? What happens if I live in a city that isn’t ranked very high on the list…. Can I be happy then or am I supposed to be unhappy and what happens if I am happy in a city that is listed as having lots of unhappy people… What then???? Any answers out there????

I am getting confused with all this being happy or not being happy…… Where are we heading when a person can’t just be happy wherever they are and there isn’t some crazy statistic that mentions the city you live in saying…. Hey, folks here aren’t too happy, but if you live there they are.

Maybe they want the people to move so that there are only happy people around, but then again I think that is impossible for everyone to be happy or? Any answers to this question…..

Plus the decisive question is: What is happiness????

1. I own lots of stuff – Am I happy?
2. I like my life – Am I happy?
3. I am in good health – Am I happy?
4. I love my family – Am I happy?

Those are only a few of the questions that I could think of and I am sure that they are not the best but hey, no one asked me did they?

The answer is easy …. Be happy wherever you are.
